With more than 30 years of experience leading organizational change, Eric Alexander holds a deep understanding of the challenges and benefits of growth and strategic alignment. His background in human resources enables him to optimize operational effectiveness and elevate employee engagement, while emphasizing inclusivity and collaboration. 

Alexander has held several leadership roles in higher education, giving him unique insight into complex organizations with multiple priorities. A senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management, he is also a Crucial Conversations facilitator and has earned a mediation certificate from Northwestern University.
