With more than 30 years of experience leading organizational change, Eric has a deep appreciation of the benefits and challenges to aligning employee engagement with the organization’s strategic goals. His background in human resources enables him to optimize operational effectiveness and elevate employee engagement, while emphasizing inclusivity and collaboration.
Eric has held several leadership roles, giving him unique insight into complex organizational issues. He holds the Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, is an executive and leadership coach, a mediator, and is a Crucial Conversations facilitator.
